During the summer period most people use this time to relieve stress by going to the beach and relaxing. During the summer break students are usually free from their school work and can attend festivals as a part of their relieving stress practice. It is also during this time that most people involve themselves in some bad practices that can endanger their health. Some of the activities that people do that endanger their health include:
9Not getting enough sleep.
Failing to have enough sleep is harmful to your health. A person is supposed to have some eight to nine hours sleep daily. So during this period people especially students should take the summer break opportunity to have a good night rest something that they did not get during the studying period. You should go to sleep early so that you can get up early. Waking up early in the morning is important since it’s believed that people who wake up early usually succeed in their goals.
