“Sugar this! Sugar that!” In today’s world we are surrounded by fatty foods, sugary foods, processed foods and many more. They are highly addictive and most of all readily available, definitely not good for health when eaten too much. Here is a list of unhealthy foods that you should avoid like a plague;

These foods can lead to cancer, mostly consists of chemical preservatives such as sodium nitrites. They include;

The purpose of these preservatives is to make the looks fresh and appetizing, they consist of animals parts such as; organs, nerve tissues and bone pieces. These animals are grain fed which makes it unhealthier, because they contain harsh chemicals and fecal matter.
