I believe that health is one of the most important things in life and should be taken care of explicitly. Many people tend to forget to keep up with their daily healthy activities as the day progresses because they get so absorbed in their work and other routines.

1Why?

Such activities could be as simple as sitting upright, occasionally standing up to stretch or looking away from the computer screen every half hour or so. Unfortunately, most people simply do not realize they are constantly damaging their bodies and end up suffering expensive consequences that could have been easily avoided. Just recently, some Australian researchers reported that every hour spent watching TV is linked to to a significant increased risk of dying from a cardiovascular disease; Perhaps due to the sedentary lifestyle (too much sitting). Getting trapped in such an environment not only impacts the physical health but one’s mental state is affected too, with links to negative effects such as sleep deprivation or anxiety problems. In light of this, there are several things you can do to improve the quality of your health and even reverse some of the negative effects that come from spending time in a toxic environment. Some of the tips I’m about to give may seem very obvious or simple but they are often forgotten or taken too lightly. I think it is also worth mentioning that I am a strong advocate for natural remedies.
